train station breakfast buffet
I liked how close the hotel was to the train station. it was about a fifteen minute walk. i also appreciated the breakfast buffet, there was various choices. the staff was friendly and helpful. They gave good recommendations.
the elevators and hallways need better cleaning. i notice a horrible smell in the lobby. the bathtub drain was slow, it needs repair.

Wonderful Location and Service
friendly staff smooth process easy tour
the reception staff was very friendly, and I appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out processes! The hotel is within walking distance of many major attractions. I also found it easy to organize tours to Cinqueterre and Pisa directly through the hotel, which saved me time.
The elevator was somewhat slow during peak hours.

The room included air conditioning, welcome given the warm weather. the beds had quality linens. The bathroom was well-equipped with a shower that had good water pressure.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices and fresh options for all tastes. The gym had enough equipment for a full workout. It included treadmills and free weights, i was grateful. the hotel offers parking.
